For Investors

Find Offerings That Fit Your Mandate.

Answer one questionnaire about what you invest in. Every live offering is scored against it, and you stay anonymous until you choose to connect.

For Businesses

Get Qualified, Then Get Matched.

Apply to list. Once the Entoro team approves you, complete the offering questionnaire and see ranked investors for your raise.

01
The Problem

Good Deals and Qualified Capital Can’t Find Each Other.

Investors sort through pitch decks that don’t fit their mandate. Businesses pitch investors who can’t write the check. Both sides lose months.

  • Investor preferences live in inboxes and spreadsheets
  • Businesses launch without knowing who is qualified
  • Nobody sees fit until the first meeting
02
Investor Profile

Onboard Once. Match Everywhere.

One questionnaire captures who you are and what you buy. Every live offering is scored against it, and the scores update whenever your profile changes.

  • Accreditation and investor type
  • Sectors, stages, structures and regions
  • Check size, risk appetite and timing
03
Business Qualification

Applied, Reviewed, Approved.

Businesses apply in minutes. The Entoro team approves, asks for changes or declines. Approved businesses complete a diligence questionnaire and their offering is reviewed again before it goes live.

  • Short application to start
  • Diligence questionnaire once approved
  • Offering terms checked before publishing

Deal Rankings, Deal Scores and risk factors are informational tools built from each deal’s own data and the company’s assumptions. Rankings are rule-based and informational, not a recommendation. Nothing here is investment advice or a promise of returns. Do your own diligence. AI never makes accreditation, legal or compliance decisions; those go to the Entoro team.

07Compliance

Built for Compliance from Day One.

Private placements come with rules about who can see a deal and when. OfferBoard builds those gates into the workflow for 506(b), 506(c) and Reg A+ offerings, and people make the calls.

506(b) Relationship Pipeline

New investors complete a relationship questionnaire and a person on the Entoro team reviews it. 506(b) offerings appear only after a waiting period, and every step is in the audit log.

02

Reg A+ Testing the Waters

Before the SEC qualifies a Reg A+ offering, investors can send only non-binding indications of interest. No commitment can be made until an Entoro team member marks it qualified.

03

Verification Before Commitment

Identity, AML and accreditation checks clear before anyone commits. Accredited-only offerings are filtered out for investors who don’t qualify.

04

People Sign Off

The Entoro team reviews every application and offering before it goes live, checks that offering documents are posted and logs every intro. AI does not make these decisions.

Securities are offered through Entoro Securities, LLC (CRD 35192), a member of FINRA. Check the firm on FINRA BrokerCheck. Workflow settings such as the 506(b) waiting period are set with counsel.

FAQ

Got More Questions?

OfferBoard is Entoro’s matchmaking platform for private offerings. Businesses that pass Entoro’s review list offerings, and investors are matched to them based on the profile they complete at onboarding.

Apply with a short form. The Entoro team reviews the application and either approves it, asks for changes or declines. Approved businesses complete a diligence questionnaire and submit their offering, which is reviewed again before it goes live.

Each offering is scored from 0 to 100 against your profile across sector, stage, check size, deal structure, region and risk appetite. You can see exactly which factors fit and which don’t on every offering.

Businesses see matched investors anonymously, by investor type and location. Your name and contact details are shared only after you and the business both agree to connect.

No, but some offerings are limited to accredited investors. Those offerings will show as unavailable if your profile isn’t accredited.

No. Matches and intros start a conversation. Any investment happens only through the official offering documents.

They are informational tools. Deal Rankings order live deals by rule, on factors such as team, growth, traction, exit path and valuation, with a risk factor you can compare to your own tolerance. Companies see a Deal Score from the same data plus a plan to improve it. Rankings are rule-based and informational, not a recommendation, and neither is investment advice.

506(b) offerings are shown only to investors with a pre-existing relationship with Entoro. New investors complete a short relationship questionnaire, a person on the Entoro team reviews it, and those offerings appear after a waiting period.

Yes. Investors can add outside holdings to their portfolio so everything lives in one place. Those entries are self-reported and visible only to you.

Crowdfunding portals focus on one-to-many campaigns, often open to non-accredited investors. OfferBoard matches vetted private offerings with qualified investors one to one, adds AI tools for both sides and runs NDAs, data rooms, e-sign and escrow in one place. It does not offer secondary trading.
